  • Mild to moderate nausea, especially in the first 2 weeks.
  • Fatigue, reduced energy during titration.
  • Constipation or, less often, diarrhoea.
  • Mild headache.
POSSIBLE · 1 IN 10 TO 1 IN 100
  • Dizziness, dehydration if fluids not increased.
  • Reflux, burping, gastrointestinal discomfort.
  • Injection-site irritation.
SERIOUS · RARE, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY
  • Severe abdominal pain (possible pancreatitis).
  • Unusual visual changes (rare retinal effects).
  • Severe vomiting or signs of dehydration.
