Online assessment
A six-minute clinical questionnaire designed by our prescribing pharmacists. We ask about your medical history, current medications, weight history and goals. Honest answers stay confidential — they're how we prescribe responsibly.
Pharmacist review
A GPhC-registered independent prescriber reads your assessment in full, normally within 24 hours. They approve, decline, or message you back for clarification. There is no algorithm shortcut and no rubber stamp.
Discreet delivery
Approved prescriptions are dispensed and dispatched the same working day from our Walsall pharmacy. Tracked, refrigerated where required, and delivered in plain unmarked packaging. Nothing identifies the contents from the outside.
Ongoing supervision
Your pharmacist checks in monthly. We adjust your dose, manage side effects, and renew, pause or stop your prescription based on how your body actually responds. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
How to use your pen — straight from the manufacturer.
We dispense the same medicine you'd get from a hospital pharmacy. The administration technique is the same too, and the manufacturers' own video tutorials are the clearest reference. Watch the one for your medicine.
