How we get your medicine to you, what to expect, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, or internationally.

How we deliver
Every order leaves our Walsall pharmacy in plain, unmarked packaging. The contents are not described on the outside of the box for your privacy. Most orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (signed for) or DPD Express, refrigerated end-to-end at 2–8°C where the medicine requires it. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order dispatches.

Timings
- Pharmacist review: usually within 24 hours of submission, weekdays.
- Dispatch: same working day after approval, before our 2pm cut-off.
- Delivery: next working day for most UK postcodes after dispatch.
- Highland and Island postcodes may take an additional working day.

Cold-chain integrity
Many of the medicines we dispense (including GLP-1 weight-management treatments) require continuous refrigeration. We use validated cold-chain packaging and monitored couriers. If your medicine arrives warm, do not use it. Email us at info@prescriptify.co.uk and we will replace it at our cost.

Signature on delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery for security and to confirm receipt by the right person. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange or to collect from a local depot. We do not deliver to neighbours.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@prescriptify.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and arrange replacement at no cost to you.
